Birthday Parties at the Farm
Birthdays are a special time, a chance to create lasting memories with family and friends. Due to popular demand we have developed two options – a fully hosted, planned party where we do all the work at our Greenbank farm or a self directed farm adventure at our Markham farm.
Greenbank Farm Parties Celebrate your child's birthday here in Greenbank; stress free and filled with fun. Let us do all the work.
The farm's rolling hills are beautiful and the countryside peaceful. We grow our strawberries here as well as a mix of vegetable crops and pumpkins. The farm animals are always glad to see visitors.
Birthday parties here are fully hosted with a mix of fun and farm related activities that are personalized to your child's interests. Our aim is to make your child feel very special. After all, it is their birthday.
Don't worry Mom. We want you to relax and have fun too. You just need to give us the details that will make this a very special day for your child, a time that everyone will enjoy.
Our parties are structured to be:
- Geared for ages 2 to 12
Up to 2.5 hours in length for 5 – 12 year olds- 2 hours for toddlers (2 – 4 years old) as they can get tired and a bit cranky
- Energetic with interactive games and activities incorporating your child's special interests and including the adults in the fun
- Stress free for Mom and Dad. A pre-party interview of parents and the birthday child will help us to personalize your party and make this a very memorable time.
Included in our Greenbank Farm party package:
- Invitations with full information about location, what to wear etc.
- An engaging party host whose aim is to make your child feel special and help Mom and Dad relax and enjoy the party
- Private party area for celebration time (maximum 1 hour)
- Celebration time includes snacks, pizza, drinks and cake (we will try to accommodate special dietary needs as best we can)
- Plates, cutlery, napkins, decorations …. All that is needed to celebrate
- Loot bags with memorable items collected during the party
- A group picture of all attending (We can also take pictures during the party for you, using your own camera)
Markham Farm Birthday Adventure
This option is for the parents who want to enjoy our Markham Farm Adventure and need a gathering place away from home. Our indoor celebration room is suitable for up to 25 people. You're in charge, you organize your party and you bring the food. The Celebration Room is available 9:30 – 11:30, 12:15 – 2:15 and 3:00 – 5:00.
We'll greet you and a staff member will help you get organized with admission. You can then be off having fun exploring all we offer here on the farm. Your room is available for your exclusive use for the time booked and can be secured when you are out enjoying the farm.
Enjoy our Markham farm and all its activities for that day's price of admission for each guest (does not include produce or pumpkins picked) plus $130.00 for 2 hours room rental fee + HST. Admission is free for your birthday child.
One adult per 4 children is recommended for supervision.
